The cosmetic colored nail powder filling machine with a turntable mold is an automated device specifically developed for colored nail powder filling applications in the cosmetics industry. Its combination of a turntable operation and precision molds makes it a key piece of equipment for improving production efficiency and product consistency.
The machine, with a central turntable mold system at its core, utilizes a 304 stainless steel body, meeting the high hygiene standards of cosmetics production. The turntable, equipped with customized positioning molds, precisely secures nail powder bottles of varying sizes. Driven by a high-precision divider, the machine ensures stable bottle transfer between stations, fundamentally guaranteeing positioning accuracy during filling and cleaning processes.
During the operation, an automatic loading mechanism precisely feeds empty bottles into the turntable's positioning. As the turntable moves to the filling station, a servo motor-controlled screw metering system completes quantitative filling with minimal error. The machine then enters the cleaning station, where residual powder at the bottle neck is removed and recovered. This allows for continuous operation, capable of filling hundreds to thousands of bottles per hour, significantly exceeding the efficiency of traditional single-station equipment.
Its core strengths lie in three key areas: precision, flexibility, and efficiency. The screw metering and drip-proof filling head ensure precise dosing, preventing material waste and product variations. The turntable mold allows for quick replacement, easily adapting to round, square, and other shaped bottles and varying capacity requirements.
